3 Tips to Prepare for YOUR Next EPIC Travel Adventure

Since I was a baby I’ve been so lucky to travel back and forth from New York City to Brazil. Fortunately, photography has taken me around the world to other exotic locations like Turkey, Slovenia, Austria, Italy, France, Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, Jamaica, Barbados, Puerto Rico and all around the United States. My travel day memories as a child are of the last minute rush of packing and all the unnecessary anxiety it caused. As an adult I get to prepare ahead!

Here are a few ways I now prepare for travel adventures.

Think ahead  >>  have a packing list for all the items you want to be sure you bring.

Head start >> begin packing a week to 3 days prior. Designate a spot for important paperwork (i.e. passports), supplements, outfits, undergarments etc. Always great to have things ready ahead of time and avoiding last minute rushing around.

Let your intuition be your guide >> Once your flights, accommodations and transfers have been planned, leave some room for intuitive exploration. Traveling is a great way to let your intuition lead the way. Having time to wander, appreciate the details, culture, new friendships and play is so incredibly special and a part of this incredible life experience we are on. Trust your intuition to guide the way.
