"Bianca Gasparro ,a wellness and lifestyle blogger, and Louis Gasparro met at a nightclub in New York City, and after three and a half years together, he surprised her with a proposal disguised as a private Pilates class. When they arrived at the studio, the instructor excused herself to the bathroom and told them to head to the back room in the meantime. When she opened the door, there were roses and candles everywhere, and Louis got down on one knee. For their #BiancaSaysILou September wedding, they knew they wanted an incredible view to show off the city. One World Observatory was the first venue their planner,Kathy Romero , showed, and the couple fell in love with the floor to ceiling windows on the 107th floor. To walk down the aisle, Bianca knew she wanted an A-line dress that was sexy and modern, and she found her Savin London gown at Bridal Atelier Montclair. To complete the look, the bride wore Gianvito Rossi heels with Swarovski crystals that she found during her bachelorette party and Taly Diamonds studs. At sunset, the bride walked down the aisle to the elevated stage with hanging flowers above and warm colors surrounding everyone. The ceremony was full of love, not religious, and only 15 minutes. Once announced as husband and wife, the couple walked through tossed rose petals and excitedly went to sign their marriage certificate.
The cocktail hour was followed by the seated reception dinner, and dessert consisted of a crepe station, ice cream, cookies, Italian pastries, and basically anything anyone with a sweet tooth would love. Then the newlyweds had their first dance to “Can’t Help Falling in Love,” and the live band kept everyone on the dance floor all night. At one point, Louis even dove into the crowd. After the reception was the after party in the room next door that was
transformed into a nightclub with mirrored tables and velvet couches. “We thought it was fitting, since we met at one!” Bianca remarks. “We had a rule that no ‘adults’ were allowed in and had a fake bouncer at the entrance.”The new Mr. and Mrs. then headed to Italy for their honeymoon, starting in Lake Como and Capri and ending in Milan.
