I combine my love of fine art with my eye for storytelling to capture the beauty and wonder of your experience so that you can enjoy and share your soulful story for generations to come.

hi, i'm Judith Rae

Film Capture, Judith Rae. Palm Beach Goddess, The Ben Hotel.

Happy Summer Solstice (or Winter Solstice if you’re in the Southern Hemisphere)! Today as the earth tips as close as it can towards the sun I celebrated with a hot yoga class and lot’s of sun salutations. I’ve also been enjoying my morning practices and reading The Miracle Morning: The Not-So-Obvious Secret Guaranteed to Transform Your Life (Before 8AM)

Recently I’ve been inspired by The Game Changers a documentary about plant-based champion athletes around the world on Netflix. I discovered it while reading about the positive health effects of a plant based diet (w/ my sis)   in a book called, Undo It!: How Simple Lifestyle Changes Can Reverse Most Chronic Diseases.

Did you know that Roman Gladiators were predominantly vegetarian?! 🌱🌱 Intentional eating for strength, endurance and blood flow, I’m in!

According to The Game Changers, on average, plants have 64 times the antioxidant content of animal foods and iceberg lettuce has more antioxidants than salmon and eggs!!!

Certainly moved my world. I love the power of intentional eating and I’m feeling healthier just thinking about it as I intentionally plan our daily meals. Below is a favorite that’s now got an extra boost of greens. Test it out and see what you think. It’s our favorite summer smoothie.
