hi, i'm Judith Rae

Lately, one of our top priorities (worldwide) has been the importance of staying healthy. Typically, Alex and I spend so much time traveling throughout the year staying healthy is always a priority.

Keeping our immune system’s as happy as possible is one of our main goals. Below are a few ways we make this happen.

This is also a great way to prepare for your photo shoot. You can use this method 30 days ahead (once a day) or even a week before.

For me it’s all about taking care of my gut, when my stomach is happy I’m happy! Also supporting myself spiritually, emotionally and physically. I hope these quick tips are useful for you too.

Throughout the years I’ve found that if I’m feeling down emotionally I am able to lift my mood by caring for my gut health. See if this works for you and let us know how it goes!

Need a healthy gut boost? I do as suggested by Medical Medium, Anthony William and make myself an early AM celery juice. For more on that click here.

Green Goddess Motivation: This is my NEW fav green juice recipe. Need an overall boost, this juice has your back. Best to buy organic ingredients.

3 Green Apples

1 -2 lemon(s)

1 bulb of fennel (fuzz and all)

1 cucumber

2-4 inch(es) of fresh ginger

1 bunch cilantro (or) parsley

Spice It Up Smoothie: (2 servings) Best to buy organic ingredients.

1 inch of fresh ginger

1/2 inch of fresh tumeric

1 ½ Banana (frozen)

2 handfuls of Kale leaves (frozen)

6 – 7 Dates

½ cup frozen berries

2 cups of water (as needed)

5 – 8 Almonds

1 tablespoon rehydrated chia seeds

1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

1 tablespoons hemp hearts

1/8 teaspoon clove

1/8 teaspoon cardamom

1/8 teaspoon coriander

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ Teaspoon black pepper

Handful of ice (I love frozen smoothies)

1 Tablespoon cacao powder (optional)

20 minute AM Meditation : Find a quiet spot, set your timer, sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes, breathe in and out of your nose and chant in your head a simple mantra: I like “Sat Nam”. In the ancient Sikh language, Sat means truth. Nam means name. Together, Sat Nam translates into something deeper: “I am truth,” or “Truth is my essence.”

Guided Meditation: I’m a fan of the mediations they offer at the Chopra Center: (Click Here)

Living from a soul inspired place: Check out my big sister’s work (click here).

Young living oils: For an immune boost I especially like “Breathe Again”, “Deep Relief” also “RC” is great for warding off colds. Click Here to check them out.

Water! So very important to stay hydrated. I typically start my day with a glass of lemon water 30 minutes before eating or drinking anything.  Followed by 3 cups of room temperature water. Then more water throughout the day.

Tea: Roasted Dandelion Tea helps support happy digestion, when your stomach is happy you are happy!  Click Here
